Our Services

Women’s Pelvic Health

We provide individualised assessment and care for women at all stages of life, including:

  • Pelvic Floor Muscle Dysfunction: Weakness, tension, pain, and disconnection. We use tools such as real-time ultrasound and hands-on education to optimise pelvic floor function.
  • Bladder Issues: Including stress incontinence, urge incontinence, difficulty emptying, and pain during urination. Our team develops targeted programs to improve bladder control and confidence.
  • Bowel Issues: Including constipation and faecal incontinence. These are assessed with understanding and care using evidence-based strategies.
  • Pelvic Organ Prolapse: We provide pelvic floor muscle training, lifestyle strategies and pessary fitting to support prolapse symptoms. We work closely with your GP and gynaecologist for collaborative care.
  • Pelvic Pain: Including painful intercourse, endometriosis, musculoskeletal pelvic pain, and other complex pelvic pain presentations. We take a trauma-informed and nervous-system-sensitive approach.
  • Pregnancy Physiotherapy: Managing pelvic girdle and back pain, incontinence, and preparation for birth. Education and support is tailored to each stage of pregnancy.
  • Postnatal Physiotherapy: Recovery from birth, including abdominal separation (diastasis recti), pelvic floor dysfunction, and return to exercise. Support for breastfeeding conditions such as mastitis and cracked nipples is also available.
